About the Peruvian Cultural Garden
We are thrilled to present our vision for the Peruvian Cultural Garden, an authentic and mesmerizing space that will pay tribute to Perú’s rich cultural heritage. Situated within the Cleveland Cultural Gardens on Martin Luther King Boulevard, between the African American and Ukrainian cultural gardens, it will provide visitors with an inviting space where they can experience Peruvian history, architecture, and artistic expression.
While we are at the early stages of our ambitious design process, our goal is to create a place that celebrates our history, creativity, and contributions through the centuries – from the pre-Inca civilizations to modern times. A place where we can feature architecture reminiscent of the Nazca Lines and Machu Picchu, among others. A place where we can provide a platform for events that showcase the works of world-renowned Peruvian craftsmen, artists, writers, and musicians.
We anticipate the Peruvian Garden will become an important cultural attraction that will capture the imagination of Peruvian and non-Peruvian families who visit it and a true asset in the Northeast Ohio area.

Con mucho entusiasmo compartimos nuestra visión del futuro Jardín Cultural Peruano, un espacio emblemático y fascinante en honor a la riqueza de la herencia cultural del Perú. Localizado dentro de los Jardines Culturales de Cleveland, en Martin Luther King Boulevard, el Jardin Peruano ofrecerá al visitante un espacio acogedor donde aprenderá y disfrutará del arte, música, danza y arquitectura peruanas.
Si bien aún estamos en las primeras fases del concepto de nuestro ambicioso diseño, es un honor compartir con todos nuestro proyecto de crear un lugar que celebre nuestra historia, arte y aporte cultural del Perú a la humanidad, desde sus civilizaciones pre incas hasta los tiempos modernos; un espacio rico en simbolismos culturales, donde podamos presentar una arquitectura que nos recuerde al santuario de Machu Picchu, las enigmáticas líneas de Nazca, y otros. Un espacio equipado con una plataforma para exhibiciones y eventos, donde mostraremos las obras de músicos y escritores peruanos de renombre mundial, y el trabajo de nuestros artesanos.
At the heart of this vision, the striking stone portal will embrace a performing stage and amphitheater, where guests can enjoy traditional Peruvian music, dance performances, exhibitions, and hands-on activities during special events. The Peruvian Garden will be a true masterpiece of design and creativity, celebrating Perú’s rich and diverse culture.
With its stunning architectural elements, cultural displays, and vibrant performances, the garden promises to be a place of inspiration, education, and community engagement.
